You start a new job in a country that has way different laws. You meet 2 people. One makes leather, and one makes cat fur coats. Most people hate the one that makes cat fur coats, but everyone loves the one that makes leather. Which one would you hate?

I wouldn't hate either of them, to tell you the truth, that's just my nature. One makes leather (from cows right?) and sells the rest of the cow's meat to the butcher to help feed many families. The other makes a living by taking feral cats fur and makes coats to keep people warm on cold days, while killing the stray cats may be cruel in your eyes, so is letting your cat go out and get pregnant, have a litter of kittens and not find homes for them. The feral cat (and dog) population is a big problem worldwide, I'd applaud the cat fur coat maker's efforts because he found a way to help the world deal with a problem.

I would not hate either. I think though that I would be really sad about the cat fur coats. I have three cats, I dearly love..but if you eat meat,,aren't you just as bad? I have though about this a lot.

The cat fur coat one. Not because of everybody else. Just because I think a cat fur coat is gross. If you really wanted people to think you should have changed the premise around.

well if i had to hate one i would hate the cat killer because cats are companions, and cows are usually killed for things, which is wrong but if i absolutely had to hate one it would be the cat skinner
y would any1 want a cat coat anyways they r so cute plus they don't have very good fur to wear

I don't hate either unless they gave me a reason to hate. I hate the actions of both that kill, but I can't hate the person unless I know them.

I would feel a great sadness for the culture that glorifies such things. Too bad the rest of the world is pretty much the same way.

neither, it's a JOB.
Soldiers, Cops kill people every day, do we hate them for killing? No because we understand it's their job.
Now if they ENJOY killing, that's entirely different.
