other than wishing for more wishes (which is really lame and overrated), i don't think that there are any rules. wat would be the point of wishing on a shooting star if there are rules that you have to follow? i say make a wish and go for it!

Dont say it out loud and wish it not as like a yeah i wish whatever wish about something that would really impact your life and wish it believing its going to come true.
