PLEASE HELP my tomb raider annirversary and plasma TV?

i just got tomb raider anniversary it's awesome..but even if i turn on widescreen mode there are still two black bars on the side..and i own a 50inch plasma screen..please help if there's anything i can do to have NO black bars on the two side...so i won't get plasma burn in...thank you

actually, the game manual suggested that you don't play this game using plasma TV/front- and rear-projection types cause it might case permanent picture-tube damage.
My advice? switch to regular flat screen TV when playing this game.
