We have gone from staunch stay the course ...you are a traitor if you dont to them even criticizing Bush strategy in Iraq, but still saying they won't support a pulllout as Democrats want.

The whole thing smells like a game to me.......as in trying to have their cake and eat it too. To seem to criticize Bush but when it comes to a vote in Congress to still give Bush the power to do as he wishes....which in essence is stay the course.

My question is ......are they fooling you???? and when it comes to election day 2008, will you remember that the Iraq war is Bush's war and that it is Bush who has kept it going and is keeping it going now as we speak with the help of republicans lawmakers?? Will you remember this? and will you seek to extract your pound of flesh from the right wingers on the next glorious day of reckoning at the voting booth?

Elections 2008 are exactly the reasons the GOP in the senate and the house are 'changing' their minds about Iraq. They know the majority of the American people want the U.S out of Iraq. They don't want to be caught with their pants down on this matter like alot of their GOP colleagues were during the 2006 elections. pardon the pun, but these people don't have a moral bone in their body. If they did, they would never have approved of giving Bush the power to go to war. This includes the Democrats too who voted to give Bush this authorization.

There is so much more going on behind the scenes and neither party talks about that.

Like the fact our Government has been policing the World and bombing Middle Eastern cities for almost two decades.

Selling weapons to this side then that side. Hoping they will kill off each other!

If a foreign Government was always forcing their hand in America and landed on our soil to force us into thinking a certain way and then started bombing us what would you do?

And for those deep in religion you can times that by 50%

Then when they (Middle Eastern) finally retaliate that foreign force tells their own country (America) to be scared 24/7 but go on about your regular life.

I am not sympothizing with terrorist's, I am arguing what Lobbyists and those corrrupt with this Government have done in our names!

And I have to say - it looks like people are dying over natural resources!

I don't think you can force a country and kill half a million of their population and then say you are making the World safer!

You have just recruited 50,000 new American enemies for that foreign force.

Does that make America safer!

Does the barrel of a gun create peace?

You remove their leader (who by the way kept terrorists out of Iraq) and take away their only strong source of leadership and then demand that two religous factions that have fought hundreds of years to just get along? That is crazy!

Now our troops are dying playing referee in a civil war and it has nothing to do with our safety or "the Fight on Terror"!

650,000 Iraqi's

Over 3,000 American men and women!

And it isn't just the GOP or this or that!

There is an entire corrupt circle in Washington and it doesn't matter what side you choose now! You will get the same foreign policy!

Vote Ron Paul

I tell you all only three things!

1. Do not vote where the money is! Lobbyists and those that control

2. Do not vote Democrat or Republican

3. Vote for an American "FOR" America
(America first - Foreign policy second)

Don't treat the Republicans like the enemy. Just vote for what you think is best for America, and keep voting for it.

Remember, you are a patriot if you put your country first ahead of your own personal ideology when disagreeing, dissenting, and protesting.

It's the sedition, the name-calling, the rumor mongering, the treating of our representatives as "guilty until proved innocent" that is wrong, and helping our enemies deliberately that is traitorous.

Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. If you love this country, you will always do what is best for it. Don't tolerate those who clearly don't love this country.

There are many Republican patriots as well, who are putting their country first. See them, disagree, but don't treat them like the enemy. That's not what the American people want, and it damages us more than it does them.

They aren't fooling us if we keep pushing the principle our party made great, made into a household value: Free Speech. Keep encouraging it, even for Republicans, of course. The truth will win in the end if we just get all the information out there for people to make an informed decision about things.

Keep speaking up, everyone.

Well I can tell you this, from the emails I get from some republicans on here, they are sure starting to have their doubts about their own party. I encourage their thinking and challenge their beliefs with my own. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not a democrat. I flushed that party down the toilet years ago. I now vote people and issues, not party. Show me your voting record, you can tell me anything. You are either for the status quo of corporate America or you actually believe your neighbor is an American who deserves your help if needed. Give me social conscience above corporations any day of the week. You are either willing to help or you only care about your money and not your fellow citizen neighbor. Socialism my rear-end. Social conscience and social responsibility. With wealth comes responsibility, not just for you and your family, but also the people you employ. It's all about me has gotten us to where we are now.
