Wal Mart. If you are looking for a "fever reducing" suppository, it's right next to the children's Motrin. If you are looking for a suppository to "get things moving" they are in the aisle with the Pepto Bismal. You should ask your pediatrician. The package says not to use if child is under 2.

You can find suppositories at any drug store, just make sure you get the children's suppositories. And just to be on the safe side, if you haven't already talked to the doctor, I would call him/her and ask how much to give the baby. I had to give my daughter suppositories once, she was under a year old, but she wasn't a newborn and the doctor said to give her half.

Assuming these are suppositories for constipation, most drugstores (in Britain at least) have infant-size ones (mould size is 1 gram, as opposed to 2 for children and 4 for adults), and these can be used at any age. I've been recommending them as they're probably the least harmful remedy for the habitually constipated child - if you're anxious that he hasn't "done a smelly" for a few days, they're the first thing to reach for.

Any drug store. Just be sure that they are glycerin suppositories if you are using them for constipation. Cut them in half to a reasonable size, and make sure they are soft and warm before use.

At Walgreens in the medicine aisle. You could also look at Wal-Mart but I am not sure. If you are looking for tylenol suppositories, Walgreens has it.
