Haynes repair manuals recommend 40,000 miles while Bentley repair manuals recommend 60,000 miles.

Here's an article on when to change and what to do...

Either way, you should not delay changing it out because you have an interference motor, which could cause bent valves, cams and rocker arms when the belt becomes loose over time.

I don't have a manual either, but I can tell you from experience that the time to replace the belt would be every 50-60,000 miles, I would change it out now, sounds like you're running on borrowed time already, hope this helps.

Please change it immediately to avoid any damage to engine.Simple reason is that you dont know the milage of last change.
Sometimes the belts appears good, but may snap without notice if the time is overdue.
I had a very bad experience once with my car.It happen when I cranked the engine..So I was lucky that nothing was damaged.
I changed the belt, tensioner and the oil seals for timing pulley and crankshaft pulley.
Best is to get above changed. After that you maintain the milage and date of change.

suggest every 60k miles. if you don't know when last time was, suggest to replace. if timing belt breaks it can cause engine damage.
