No way! That would really bring her down. First of all, she made a picnic for you so she could spend time with you probably, second of all that would hurt her feelings, because she would be sitting around doing nothing, while you have fun surfing. Maybe spend some time with her by trying to teach her how to surf.

Bad thought. Her day would be a total wipe out. And maybe
you'd be wiped out for good too.
Not if she's going to that trouble. She expects your undivided
attention. So plan on some other way to be her 'date' for the
day. Maybe take a beach ball, or a vollyball to play a game or
two. Plan on swimming this time around. Surf with your buddies another time. She's feeding you, so you owe her, if
nothing else. Besides, you can make it more romantic by
just lolling around after eating and saying sweet nothings in
her ear. She's bound to love that.

Um that's kinda..... kinda iffy.
Don't just chow down and run off.
If I were you I would spend that day with her, maybe the both of you could play in the water a little bit. But I probably wouldn't surf that day. Maybe just go the day after.
Cuz she's making this a special day for you, kinda mean if you just run off for the rest of the day don't you think?
I'd be a little disappointed.

Yes, I think she would mind! She probably would like to spend the day with you! What's she supposed to do while you're out their surfing?? Go surfing on days when you're not with her. I'm sure she'd feel better about that.

I think she would be pretty pissed off. The whole object (i think) is so that you both can spend some time together....not her being bored waiting on the beach while youre out having a fun time surfing.

Honestly, my man, this would be rude. A little surfing would be fine - but she's looking for some one-on-one time. Perhaps you could give her surfing lessons?

Depends on what kind of girl she is, but i dont think you should try and figure it out. This is going to hurt her feelings. The thing you could do if you really want to is ask her. If you can look at her face and know how she really feels then listen to that. But you shouldnt eat and leave. She put time into this, love it.

Yeah she'll definetly mind.She wants you to spend the day with her.That's the whole purpose.I know how you feel because I like to play sports a lot and I have to sit and talk with my girlfriend instead because that's what makes her happy.
