Although we live in the present, our minds are either thinking back to our pasts or thinking about the future.. so if you think about it, we put a very low percentage of thought into our present life..just try and take notice of what you usually think about and you'll see what i mean..

There is alway a present. When you are opening your eyes in the morning, when you first wake up, you are turning one more page in the book of time. This is called the present, each day is the present. This the samething as asking if there is a yesterday, today and tomarrow, same meaning, different words. These three words that describes "LIFE" can also be broken into seconds, minutes and hours, the list goes on to days, months, years until the lights go out.
But to answer your question : The present consist of the knowlege of knowing what reality is and where you are in that reality. Speeding faster than the speed light is our lives, like the sand through an hour glass. The present is always looking back at us reflecting on the past and giving us instructiions on how to handle the future. Turning is the wheel of life, which consist of many gears making us ask ourselves many questions. These questions being asked while being in the present. It is the action of the thought process that is being implimented, to which can be only done in the present.
Anything that is done in ones life has to be done in the present. You can only think of what you will do in the future, but the action can only be done in the present. The past is the time you thought of doing something in the future, but can only take place in the present.

There are all of these. Past is as much the present as the future if the past. Without one there is none of the others. for they all exist at the same time. the exact moment you exist in is the present. and just a moment ago was the past and a moment from now is the future. without any of the three there is no other. but at the same time none of them exist as IN its truest essence time was a creation of man. and if you wont science with it. quantum physics states that speaking only in numbers the past and the future or no different and thus the only thing that really exists is the present and the other two (aka past and present.)O have simply yet to be, and are only figments of your minds creation. it all depends on weather or not you believe that time is liner.

The present is only an instant, and it never stops moving forward. Therefore, the past grows, but if you do not believe in the stopping of time, the future stays the same length but moves forward, like the present.

There's no present because even the present is an aspect of the past. Note the future repeats the past. So we really and truly only have a past.

At the instance as I type this in the keyboard, time has passed already, therefore it is not real time. As the earth revolves, time never stops for a second even if you go back in time by a machine or calculations or simply looking back, the time spent going back is spent and becomes the past. To me, life is always moving forward whether I like it or not and to plan ahead by my calendar days, it is considered "future" - a frame of time of which I have not yet entered.

Actually, the only time that you can exist in consciously is the present. The past and future are intellectual concepts. You can not live in the past, or in the future. You can only live in the present.

All three exist and someday we will discover a way to move between them. Everyone has a recent past, just look at your old photos if you need proof that you were once a baby.

Time doesn't stand still, but that doesn't mean that there will never be a way of moving backward as well as forward through time. I truly believe it will one day be possible.

time-line is our measurement of our existence, time is infinite to God, he is the past , present, and future! It was for man that he marked the passing of time, with the light and dark, marked as a day. (morning and evening ) {Genius 1:5 }
Man will not travel to the past physically, only forward to our tomorrows. It is in history books, or memory we visit the past. We study history to obtain lessons of progress, and failures.
If we do not obtain these lessons we are doomed to repeat the failures of our past.. Wisdom is knowing the difference in history of yesterday, the presence of today, and our hope for the future to come.
