Today Subway made my salad without any lettuce. :-) (You would think they would have noticed how empty the salad bowl was….) One time I ordered a hamburger. When I got home, I found they forgot the meat! I’ve found lipstick on my drinking glass, and a used band-aid in a sandwich…ewww! So tell me—am I the only one? What’s happened to you?

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger tonight, got home it had meat, no cheese no bacon, and mayo and pickles.....yuck!
At a taco place I found a bolt in my burrito, i know it sounds funny, but i bit into it but it didn't hurt too bad.
I used to work fast food, and mistakes do happen, yes i forgot the meat on a burger once. The best thing is to stay home and eat.
oh, and a long hair on my fries.
I could go on..........

The band-aid in the sandwich is really gross. I have to say I haven't had that many bad mistakes, nothing to complain about. The wrong plate brought to me but they corrected it but nothing to write home about.
My mom on the other hand, I'll never forget this, we were at Downtown Disney and there was this restaurant in there that made southern food. My mom ordered this sandwich called a Po Boy. When we got home, I said "oh my god, I wish I had gotten one of those, they really piled the shrimp on it!" I opened the bread to look at all the shrimp and no lie, a spider was right there. I'm pretty sure it crawled on the paper or something as they were wrapping it and they didn't see it but it was DISGUSTING!! I mean it was alive and crawled right off the mix and right onto our table LOL ugh

OMG! a bandaid in your food is HORRID!
The only worst things that happend was
1- at wendy's the girl claimed that she gave my order to someone else after I waited like 15 minutes.....then she had the nerve to try and make it seem like it was MY fault, as though she couldn't get me my order after SHE made a mistake......I had to complain to the manager who immediately gave me my order and actually yelled at her infront of everyone!
2-The waitress at applebee's was new to the job and put a tray of 5 glasses of water halfway on the edge of the table not realizing......and the whole thing fell into my dad's lap COMPLETELY soaking his pants

I ordered a Quarter pounder w/cheese once with no onions and no mustard, got to work to eat and it was a regular QPC and even had the grill slip on it.

2 things come to mind:
1. broken glass in my margarita at a mexican restarant
2. no chicken on a chicken sandwitch ordered through room service (at a very nice hotel too)

We ordered enchiladas in Vegas, and my husband clearly said "Beef, NOT chicken!" several times. He got a chicken enchilada. And he hates chicken.
I ordered a calamari plate that said it had fennel pieces in it. I clearly asked if I could get it without the fennel. They said yes. It arrived with the fennel.

And on day i went to a shop and i said can i get some chips they gave me hot chips in sad of normal packet chips!!!

Ive been charged for things I didnt order. Found hair in my food, and I have even gotten my food cold...(from a fast food joint!!!)

Well, I was at a china take out, and I ordered chicken, but they gave me duck. We realized this after we ate it. :]
