Do the different toes have names like fingers?

Fingers have names. My dad, Phil, wants to know if toes do, too. I told him I'd ask.

Peedie
Peedie-Ludie
Ludie-Whistle
Whistle-Wassle
Great Big Wrobble-Grobble

No. They have, oddly enough, names like people: Sam, Fred, Joel, James and Melinda. The other foot: Louie, Maurice, Tabitha, Geneve, and (unfortunately) Bertha.
