I am a member of the HUMAN RACE.
That and car and horse and such are the only races I know.

The rest is pure nonsense, created for economic exploitation, and the disgusting needs of one group of people to dominate another by creating hatreds based on blsht.

FACT:
When my great grandfather came to this country, he had to sign in as the "Irish race" (commonly known as the "drunken" race---).

In his day, there were the yellow race, the black race, the white race (meaning Protestants) and the Irish race. Not until twenty years ago or less was there ever a brown race. "What? There's a brown race now? What will they think of next?"

IT'S ARBITRARY GOBBLEDYGOOK.... It's about money, power, and the ugliest aspects of being a human being: exclusivity, jealousy, fear, and sadism.

It is all STUPID!

EVERY ONE of us has in her or his DNA, ALL THE ATTRIBUTES (and genes), in varying degrees, of the other.

A skin color does not make a person more or less one race than does brown or blonde hair, or THE WEARING OF A GREEN SHIRT for that matter!!!!

It is so stupid that a man running for president is running as a"black" man, when his mother is "white"; why choose Dad? It's all duh! (Mind baffling DUH....)

I AM NOT white.

I look at my skin, and it's cream, yellow, pink, blue, reddish, but white???? No. (And when I'm in love with a person whose skin is darker than mine, and he rests his Patrick Ewing hand on my Larry Bird thigh, honestly and truly, my skin matches his. They look exactly the same, exactly the same, in the TRUTH of the light of LOVE.)

**********

I like this study that was done a few years back by two famous scientists (whose names, I have sadly forgotten):

In Sum, their theory is,

IF there is to be such a thing as "race," among human beings, then it would be based, not on superficial variables, such as color, the wave of hair, or the shape of a nose.

IF there is to be such a thing as "race," among human beings, it would be based on two things:
1. a gene that protects people from Malaria,
2. a gene that causes lactose intolerance.

"These," said the scientists, would at least be "SUBSTANTIVE reasons for differentiating between one human being and another, as to 'race.'" These have to do with natural selection and SURVIVAL, separate from human prejudice.

Those same scientists went on to note with great documentation that these gene differences were in groups of people from Siberia to Africa to Australia to South and North America.

These genetic differences knew not color, size, hair, or any other SUPERFICIAL variable. Pockets of Siberians had the anti-malaria gene; pockets of Africans had that gene; groups of Swedes had lactose intolerance, and so did groups of Asian people.

NO SUCH THING AS RACE BASED ON SUPERFICIAL NONSENSE!

None!
THE END, PLEASE......

(Geez, I didn't even see the other question, "What stereotypes do you have?" Uh, I guess the above answers that, no? 'Ain't got none.... The real end....)

And BTW, let the offended apply. I'll take 'em on, single-handed. Idiots! Fools, these mortals be! How ridiculous to be "offended" by even a discussion; how i'norant, can these fools get?

The end, I said.

I was raised in the belief that we are all brothers and sisters. Just like in some families there are relations that don't claim one another but that doesn't mean that they are any less related. The biggest stereotype I have seen is that in all races they then to forget that our nationality or skin may be different but we all belong to the same race......the human race.

I don't see color, just other human beings....I think the race think is sooo old. I get sick to death of hearing about it. I am very honest about how I feel when it comes to race and I would never treat anyone any different than what I would want to be treated.
I don't stereotype ppl either...I am not the judge of anyone.

I have never had those stereotypes because my parents are friends with everyone and we had lots of different aunties and uncles growing up of different faiths, races and groups. Thank God for that! I cannot believe that people are so surprised when they see how other races love their children and want the best for them too. We have the mass media to thank for perpetuating that nonsense!
