a circle, with a feather hanging directly below it. And a colorful circle center (blue) right above the feather? I am not sure if its a dreamcatcher or not, or if it could be something else. Maybe its just a design...it looks like it has a feather though.

It isn't a dream catcher, the pic isnt good but it looks more like a Goddess pendant. I cant tell if the "feather" is scored like a feather...or is it just shaped like a feather with no detail
I wish i could see it better, but it looks like a Goddess to me.
Is the blue stone Lapis Lazuli? or is it glass? What are the little shapes on the circle part?
LOL sorry, i am asking more questions when I am supposed to aswer...If I could see it better I could tell you more

I'm gonna break some rules here.
ready?
It's a horse shoe, with a star (blue stone) on top of a Crow/raven feather. It's for travelers, so you won't get lost.
This came about after the horse thus the horse shoe shape. Even WE were smart enough to know the North Star. Crow's always know the way HOME.
More then a few tribes claim to have created it, just as the dream catcher story.
psst we have lapis here where I live.

Wish you could have submitted a picture of the pendent on here, it would make answering the question much easier. It does sound like a dream catcher, but remember that a dream catcher has a web style design inside the circle. Since I can not see the item, that is as close as I can answer... It could be just a design, but, again, it is hard to say without seeing it.

It is not a dreamcatcher, although it could be intended to resemble one. Dreamcatchers are made of a wooden hoop and some kind of string for the webbing. This is a metal hoop, which they are never made from, has no web, and is far too small to catch any dreams worth keeping.
It may be a jewelry sized replica of it, too small a picture to be sure.

It looks like a lapis stone, although it is hard to tell from the pic. If it is, it is probably a power/protection amulet.......lapis stands for power and speaking up and out through the throat chakra, speaking your mind to get things resolved in a timely and positive way.

i dont know for certain. My best guess would be that the pendant might symbolize a native american or tribal belief of something, such as chastity or faithfulness or something, maybe even something to protect the wearer from something.

In sub-Saharan Africa, it is a symbol of chastity. A woman would wear one to indicate that she is a virgin.
Have fun!
