My yellow tang has a internal disease and just had popeye...Would it die tomorrow?

it has red stuff from his face...but idk...I would like to wonder so I could some medication early in morning.

I also got an eel..But idk if that would do anything...it is not swimming much at all either... always swimming low.

I changed the water a few days ago...About half the water...I got 75gallon tank btw(bytheway), also...Everything is fine but the nitrite is off the charts.could that be the problem

No way of knowing that without knowing what's wrong with it. Popeye can be caused by a bacterial infection or from an injury. What makes you think it has an internal infection? What symptoms is it showing?

Do you know what the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, and salinity of the tank is? And temperature?

How often do you do water changes, and how much volume do you change?

Nitrite is definately a problem if it's over 0.5. You need to do some water changes to bring it down to this level (or below).
