I'm am I can still do splits but since I have had kids I can't do back handsprings. I almost pass out. Something to do with the way I do my head or neck...Other then that I can do what I did when I was younger

I'm fairly flexible in some parts, but there are some joints that lock up when they get bent the wrong way. my hips have done that when I was on the bumper cars.

I can change plans on the go and am easy about changes but if you are refering to being limber I am a better spotter than gymnast

I pretty flexible too because I do yoga daily to keep me that way.
