Like Taurus rising???

In a birth chart the rising sign or better known in astrology as your Ascendant is the zodiac sign that was rising (over) the horizon at the exact time of your birth. and the Descendant is the point of the zodiac that was dipping (below) the horizon at the exact time of your birth. You will notice it is always the polar opposite of your Ascendant. For most people their Ascendant rules their 1st house of self and their Descendant rules their 7th house of marriage/partnership. For most people their rising sign will give you an ideal of how they look and how they'll act in private. Now this can change some if there are planets in their 1st house or if they have planets making aspects to their Ascendant. The typical Taurus rising would look and act like this, they would be short and possible alittle heavy set especially in the upper body region, they would have a prominent neck with stooped shoulders. They would be lovable and romantic by nature, stubborn and set in their ways it would be hard to anger a Taurus rising but once you did watch out for the horns because they will, see red.

Ascending Taurus means, the constellation of the Taurus was visible from your birthplace, at the East, when you are born. A nearby ball (not the moon... Vulcan or the Second Moon) might be synchronised with that.
