My sweetie gave me my dream proposal.
We were in his back yard with the beautiful flowers and trees. He got down on one knee and took my hand. He told me that I would make him the happiest man in the world if I would do him the honor of being his wife. I was stunned and speechless (I didn't see it coming at all). He actually got a bit worried for a second & then I cried and said yes!
He took out the ring and it's gorgeous. He was working for minimum wage at that point (I was 18 & he was 19), so the diamonds aren't large, and he's apologized for it for 21 years. He actually recently asked me if I wanted to take it to the jewelers and get larger diamonds put in it. I said NO WAY was I going to do that. This is the ring he bought me & this is the ring I'm keeping. I actually like that it speaks of our humble beginnings.

My husband proposed 3 months after we started dating, at a Christmas tree charity gala in front of a huge crowd of people. It was magical :)

My husband had it posted on a billboard and had it come on our local news channel , then when we watched I was so shocked , he got down on one knee and asked me . Who could turn a man down like this. We been together 9 years.
