I'm having a problem with my Motorola V265 it isn't powering on through my battery. When I connect it to its charger it powers up just fine and starts and charges and everything. I've charged my battery completey and my phone still does not turn and when I take my charger out of my phone my phone automatically shuts off. Also sometimes when I plug my charger to my phone my phone says "Invalid Battery".

What could be my problem.

Either your battery is old and cannot hold charge any longer or your battery is not the right kind for your phone. If it is the battery that came with the phone and/or has worked before, then it is probably just too old and died. You should take it to your carrier's store and purchase a new one.

It sounds like it could be the phone. You should check to see when you're eligible for an upgrade. The v265 is an older model. Usually charging issues are caused by the phone, not the battery. I know it sounds backwards, but it's often true. You should call your wireless provider for options and troubleshooting. Good luck.
