You could have many different things - avoid all junk food - they could make it worse.
Take a quality vitamin with minerals every day.
Drink 1/2 gallon of water a day - flushes out some toxins.
Eat a lot of veggies, fruit, and whole grains - pushes out more toxins.
'Cracking' is not necessarily a bad thing - my whole family 'cracks'.
Try doing gentle stretching, and some walking every day - endorphins will help.
Good luck, and God Bless.

you don't have limes disease! When your white blood count is high that just means you have an infection. Did they do a toxicology test? You are fine, you are a teenage girl going through all the changes that you should be. All you have to be is a teenager don't worry about aches and pains they will come. Unless, it is caused by you and what you are doing. Be SMART!!!!!!!!!! There is a blood test for limes I'm a phlebotomist, unless you got bitten by a deer tick your fine!

You could have LYME disease. It is caused by a tick.
Here are the symptoms in the first stage:
Fatigue or lack of energy, which is the most common symptom.
Headache and stiff neck.
Fever and chills.
Muscle and joint pain.
Swollen lymph nodes.

Please go back to your physician and ask to be tested for this as it can become very debilitating. go to the site below for more information:http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/hw77226/aa10056;_ylt=AhnitIUYoUW9XRLUNBldw07ogrMF

You may have an infection of some sort in your joints. You're a little young to be considering rheumatoid arthritis, but if your family has a history it may be something worth asking about.
