I stay calm. I'm the one who remembers what needs doing, and how to keep the person calm.
After it's all over, and everything is done..then I go have a nice little meltdown.

i've got been calm while phoning the fireplace service and the police interior the previous even even with the shown fact that the final time 3 hoodies have been on the brink of ruin into my flat. Police caught them purple exceeded.
