Today! I worked late last night, couldn't sleep till after 2am and got back up at 5:30am. So a nap was definitely in order.

a 10 min. nap last Sunday. My naps never last more than 10-15 minutes and I feel so refreshed in that short of time.

well lets see today i woke up at 1:30 and had a nap for 2 hours at 4. so basically i was sleeping all day. woohoo!
