When i get to 20 mph my car won't accelerate, it is slow and draging. Why does it hesitate when i accelerate?

could be poor quality gas, clogged fuel filter, or even a clogged exhaust system. i would just take it to a good repair shop to let them diagnose it-too many possible problems to try and help you on here.

sounds like ignition timing is off, or the advance mechanism is sticking......
