The all-time record is held by the New York Giants, who had 17 in a game in 1890.

Post-1900, the record is held by the New York Highlanders (ie. Yankees) with 15, in a 1911 game:

I checked the play index, and it looks like there have only been 3 games in the past 50 years where a team stole 10 or more in a game. The last to do it was the 1976 A's, who stole 12 in a game against the Twins:

In an AL game, NY vs St. Louis, 15 steals on Sept 28, 1911.

In the NL, it was NY vs Pittsburgh, 17 steals on May 23rd 1890.

Most stolen bases in a game by both teams combined, in the AL is the same 15 steals by NY, and in the NL, was 20 stolen bases by NY and Pittsburgh in that second game. Pittsburgh stole 3, for a total of 20.
