I think it was Cane. JiMin was already at the house with Jill, so its plausible that he was actually there to pick up Jill's back. I think Cane is watching everything Amber does nowadays.

Yeah, JiMin did look rather suspicious when Amber came back in the house. I could tell that his excuse for being there to find Jill's purse sounded lame.

All of the above are great answers......It could be Cane himself, or how about his mysterious uncle from Australia that we haven't seen yet. Or the mystery man who showed up at Neil's bar looking for the dead guy.
Amber and the "boys" are way overdue for getting busted.

I am pretty sure that it was Ji Man otherwise why would he be up and so suspicious while Amber was burying the money.
