If you think 'suicide bombers' ask yourself this question? How would you feel if you load yourself with explosives and go for a one-way mission?
Yes, it does take a lot courage, I wouldn't do it. But I'm not saying that blowing up civilian targets is the right thing to do. On the other hand, I don't condemn those who blow American troops and their allies in Iraq and Afghanistan. Americans were not supposed to have their troops there in the first place.
Rhino, since when you can equate police with women and children? So blowing up construction workers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, merchants, chefs, cleaners, teachers is ok, nut blowing up policemen is not????
Come on, policemen are like the most corrupt people in a country!

I assume that you are referring to Bombers. I believe that there is something fundamentally wrong with a religion that encourages its people to kill and/or Martyr themselves and assassinate other people for undefined religious reasons. While I think all religions have a tendency to produce Zealots and Fanatics, it is apparent that the Islamic peoples carry this to extremes. Fanatic is probably the worst curse word in the world.
And to answer your question. I am sure it takes a lot of courage. I am not sure about the level of intelligence involved. Social pressures can be hard to resist. And blind obedience to radical leaders has always ended in slaughter and condemnation in the long run. In the future I am sure that the leaders of the Islamic religion will look back on the suicide bombers with embarrassment. Kind of like the Germans think of the Nazi's or the U.S. Of the Klu Klux Klan

Yes and I wish I could see many of them. I LOVE boobers. They are like "Here's my boobs and I'll make sure you die tonight!" and I just enter heaven. So kinky. Ahh boobers, gotta love 'em.

no it is not courageous to sacrifice yourself in order to murder women or children or police. These people belive they are going to heaven where they will live in luxury with seven virgins (appealing to some sick people), so no they are not brave. It is a brave thing to do (wether its right or wrong) if they were told they would go to hell rather than heaven.
Those people are just common murderers that are probably burning in hell right now and anyone who supports them are plain stupid.
