Is Sun Valley, CA a safe place to live in?

I'd like to know the crime rate and appreciation rate of houses at Sun Valley, CA 91352

There are parts of Sun Valley that are all right. But... It is known as a rough section of the Valley and you should be careful at all times. This is gang territory. I ran a group of sales men in this area several years ago. We had trouble once or twice with locals. Nothing to serious, but we gradually phased out our service to the area. Sorry, That's the way it is.
