I would try searching on google or ebay for what you are looking for. Yuo might want to search for love fabric panel - I had a quick search on ebay for fabric love quilt panel valentine and came up with an item at this store http://stores.ebay.com/Sunbonnet-Sues-Fabrics-and-More
It was a very cute fabric with 10 blocks featuring several love sayings like "I love you".

I believe you put your own sayings onto blocks, with fabric paints, embroidery or stamping.
