Any of todays oil filters on the market deal with super fine micron filtration. Some have special areas inside that keep an oil charge for starting, some are high flow. All in all, any one will do unless you need a special needs filter (off roading - racing, etc.) K&N is as good as Fram, the price difference is brand name recognition.

Unless you have toyota do youre oil change and then you get one go with fram or top of the line napa

Actually, the BEST filters on the market are made by (GASP) good old Fram.
