what makes me the most happy is experiencing each and every moment that i am alive- being aware that i am in control and every decision makes an impact in my life and those around me, that something as simple as smiling at the person in the car next to mine can make that person's day, that i can make an impact- that is why i am happy

My millionaire 95 year old, terminally ill husband - (sorry, only joking - I've had a few too many black russians and that was in bad taste,),

My children are all healthy and happy little individuals and that makes me happy - my boyf knows how to give me a good time and that also makes me happy ....... but curiously, money in my pocket also makes me a lot more happier too.

And a happier mummy means even happier children and a happier and luckier lover!

Happiness is relative. Come up with five good things that happened to you at the end of every day. Even if they're as simple as finishing a good book or a bowl of chocolate ice cream, my world looks happier at the end of them.

Having a faith that constantly teaches me to look beyond my own nose, and to care about others. I have such a tendency to be selfish and self centered.
To be taught to reach out, to give instead of receive, to listen instead of speak, to really care about others-is so much more rewarding than to just care about myself.
I learned when the children started rebelling and when I had marriage problems, that the kids or the husband are not responsible for my happiness, I was putting more onto and into them than I should have. Only God can meet all the needs that I have. This is happiness to me.

I make me happy. I'm happy because I choose to be happy. And that I feel free to make the choice, makes me happy.

When I feel that overwhelming sense of peace and calm. It could be anything. The way my daughter smiles, the smell of the air, when I watch a movie that makes me ponder, when I finish a fantastic book, when I sit and listen to water...........I could go on forever. I call these my moments of grace.

Being in a good mood for once...
Then once that's happened, I can laugh all day and really let myself go and have fun. Otherwise there are mental barriers stopping me from being happy.

Just everyday stuff. My son said "Oh, sh*t" today (he's almost two and he meant "sit" to the dog) and I thought I was going to split in half I was laughing so hard. Everyday stuff, trivial moments. Its all that matters.
