From the picture I would say no. Not at all. What matters is how you feel about yourself. If you feel comfortable in what you wear then that is all that matters.If what you wear bothers your self esteem then change it but that will not change the way you feel about yourself in the long run.
From the picture I would say that you dress fine and you are very pretty.
That was a very rude comment that person made. They might need to look at their own self esteem issues.

Nothing wrong with the way you dress but let him buy you a new wardrobe. Can't ever tell when you may need it.

if someone offers to buy u clothes... take the offer....i don't think there is anything wrong with the way u dress... maybe the person just wants to get u some new clothes....maybe they want to treat u or something...they may not be criticizing ur choice of clothing

you dont dress very sexy, it would be cool if you dressed like that once in a while but everyday it seems extremely bland.
get a guy to come clothes shoppin with u and ask his advice after u try stuff on and show him.

they probably think you dress too casual, which is absolutely fine by me. They probably want you the "cool" way (which is totally uncool, it's disgusting): wearing the shortest possible denim skirt with those black panties and a really revealing tank top and flip-flops. (awful!!!)

Or on outside?
I couldn't tell from the photo. But it looks sweet and simple.And no doubt you're happy with it.
But, bar other reasons not to, "add more to my wardrobe, please", surely?
