Nope, this is a fake name and organisation connected with a fairly routine scamming operation promising money from a grant foundation (which also does not exist). Have nothing to do with it.

Be aware! Falcon is not a bank as it sometimes says. All banks in the Netherlands must be registered at the Dutch Central Bank De Nederlandse Band (www.dnb.nl). It is not registered as a bank.

On Hoptille 170 you can find a group that calls itself Falcon. I searched that company. It runs a fake lottery. Sometimes they say wibautstraat 170. 1091 AC is not the correct postal code for hoptille, but for wibautstraat.

There are a few companies with a similar name :

http://www.falcon-engineers.nl/ (Falcon Engineers BV) located in Hoorn.

Falcon B.V. - Winschoten (Real Estate Support)

Dutch Falcon BV - Rotterdam (Used car sales)

The address you give doesn`t exist.
The postal code is for Oosterparkstraat in Amsterdam.

Where did you get this address from?
An email claiming you won money from some lottery ?
