I'd have to admit to sloth, all my life. It gave me time and space to observe and think - and, because of my contrary nature, it sprung me into a mass of different activities which gave me more to observe and think about. I don't regard anger as a bad thing - unless it takes control. Using it can give one energy to deal with whatever one considers inappropriate or outrageous - such as social and environmental problems, bullies, etc. A bit of lust is a grand thing too, so long as it is mutual. Pride is a trap to be avoided; envy is self-flagellation; greed is a goad growing on what it feeds on; gluttony makes one ill - why would anyone pursue them? I once wrote a novel in which all the seven deadly sins were removed from the world. The world fell apart. That says something!

Envy! Envy is a human mistake, like the rest of the sins. Willful intentions should make one accountable for their actions but not ones that make us who we are.

probably gluttony. i like certain things, & i kind of over do it with them. i don't binge, nor do i buy things excessively. but, i do overeat sometimes. i suppose that's gluttony.
i think that any normal person commits at least one of these "deadly sins" on a regular basis. in my opinion, it's human nature to be drawn to these things, but those persons that succumb to those urges are the ones that are committing deadly sins.

I believe you mean "wrath" when you say anger. Wrath is an action. Were it a different time, I'd say that was mine. My philosophy on that trait eventually got me over it.

Lust and pride.
I can hardly control reactions toward my hormones and I oftentimes lose control when I feel successful.

Lust. I believe that sexual craving is natural and can be enjoyed and shared as long as steps are taken to ensure that no one gets hurt.
