Well neither one is good for you. But if I had to pick I would say a whopper. I like the taste of a whopper over Big Mac

I personally enjoy the Whoppers fullness of taste and the better quality meat. The Big Mac is loaded with mayonnaise causing the burger to become soggy and disgusting. The Whopper is better prepared using better tasting ingredients whereas The Big Mac's main focus is the size of the burger and not the quality of taste.

I would chose Whopper over Big Mac any day , whopper has less calories and where ever i go , a Big Mac is always assembled clumsily ; the 1st bite and everything falls out. Where ever i go and i buy a Whopper its always neatly assembled , the meat is just plain juicier, and nothing ever falls out. So i prefer the whopper =D

With out a doubt a Whopper, they actually make it the way you want, and it is bigger, juicier, and tastier than the Big Mac.
