windows xo with media center!! help! recording question?

i was wondering if u got a recording scheduled on media center , will it record if the computer is turned off?

Windows Media Center on your computer needs to be constantly on for any recording to take effect. If you turn your computer power off then there is no way for any television program from your television tuner card to record any show onto your hard drive.
