During the NCAA tournament people were talking about this, but something is going to have to change now that he is in the NBA. Oden is going to be very important in the 3rd & 4th quarters of games- but at this rate, he'll be sitting on the bench.

Even though he fouled out with 10 fouls during his first game in the summer league, I don't think it will overshadow his raw talent. He's a gifted athlete that Portland's very happy to have, and they are willing to help him adjust to the speed of the NBA level.

I say oden avg's 13.4 points per and 9.1 boards. He will get into a lottta foul trouble, but he will learn how to stop fouling so much. and will become a superstar one day.

In the championship game against Florida he didn't get into foul trouble and he was mugged every time he got the ball.

nononononoo heres the deal

there were some people talkin about that, and they were talkin about how much diufferent the summer league is.

when you ACTUALLY HAVE 10 fouls to give, and you get your 4th foul, ure not even halfway, so u dont get scared or anything, and you have awhile to play

It's a possibility now that you think about it. Kind of reminds me of Amare Stoudemire. He's always getting in foul trouble too.

At the beginning it probably will, but as he improves his defense and learns what is and isn't called in the NBA it will become less of an issue.
