Everyone has there own needs the best trucking company to work for is the one who addresses your needs. One thing about Trucking companies is that if your not happy or get fired there 100 more waiting to hire you.
I have learned even the best company is only great for the first 3 months tell you learn whats really going on!

that depends on what division your experienced in...flat bed, reefer, dry van, tanker..etc. there are a lot of quality companies out there. my hubby use to work for Prime out of Springfield, Mo. he was a lease op there. It also depends if you are looking into being a lease op or a company driver. How much experience do you have?

Estes because it is privately owned and operated. A friend of mine works there and the pay is great , the bennies are very good and they treat their employees very well.
