both. I use tampons during the day and pads at night. I notice if I stick to tampons for too long I get too tight

Tampons during the day, and pads at night. To help avoid toxic shock syndrome, you are advised to alternate, and not wear tampons the entire time.

umm pads cuz there easier and u cant like feel it so much if u know what i mean.. and u can get toxic shock syndrome by using tampons.
