Just to be on the really safe side, I say No because there is a risk of her falling off and getting hurt. Yes you can get into a car accident but doctors say to avoid any activity where you can fall. Unless she doesn't know she is pregnant but I wouldnt ride a bike if I was pregnant

I asked my doc this the last time I was preggo. She said motorcycles are never safe whether preggo or not.

I did ride on my husband's ONCE very early in the pregnancy b/c I felt the baby had plenty of cushioning from vibrations. It was a short drive, so I wasn't too worries about a wreck.

Looking back, it wasn't worth the possible risks.

It's prob not a answer of you can't flat out. The vibrations arn't good, but you still can mid pregnancy. It's probably not advisable to throughout though on the off chance that you are in an accident.

i don't know one doctor that would say ok most would say NO for a few reasons not just a wreck but the placenta can rip from all the vibration then she can deliver early which isn't a good thing there are other reasons you should read what to expect when your expecting
