I am a Boy Scout (in Troop 1571 Poulsbo, WA if it helps) and want to find a program for my computer to help me track my advancement. I know things like TroopMaster do that, but I think that I don't want to pay 75 dollars every year...

Honestly your book theres no other way, that or ask your advacment leader for his database I know mines very up to date on everything we do in my troop
