What clothing items are a teen wardrobe's MUST HAVES?

Question

I'm getting too big for my current clothes, and I was wondering what are MUST HAVES for a stylish wardrobe, and how many of each? I appreciate any help I can get. Thank you! :D

P.S. I refrain from buying anything from American Eagle, Aeropostale, Hollister, or Abercrombie. So please don't suggest that I get any of my clothes from there.

If you can suggest any online stores where I can find these things, that would be amazingly generous of you. :)

1] a short sleeved, fitted Tshirt in U, V, scoop, or jewel necks in all the colors that look good on you - goes with everything
2] a few tanks, camisoles with bras, a halter, maybe a tube top
3] at least 2 great fitting pairs of jeans, in different styles or wash
4] at least 2 dress slacks [ winter and summer ]
5] at least 2 skirts - one could be denim, other dressier [ winter and summer ]
6] a denim jacket, a winter [ velvet or cord ] jacket, and a summer [ lace, eyelet, or crochet ] jacket
7] a weeks' worth of long sleeved tops - Ts, mock necks, jewel necks, wrap tops, etc.
8] 2 pairs shorts
9] 2 pairs bermudas or capris
10] extra skirts or dresses if frequent church goer
11] a one piece and a two piece swimsuit
12] blouses - a trapeze, a belted, man styled, tunic
Before you Start: write down all your measurements - they will vary some from store to store.

I prefer nordstroms because they have really stylish clothes that arn't all labeled like "ABERCROMBIE" across the chest and are unique .. There's also wet seal where you can find good buys for cheap and usually are carrying the new hippest things .. I think you should get a couple babydoll tops where you can get from the two places i listed easily! Also, you need a pair of leggings, long shirts to wear, flats, plaid shorts (deff an in for this fall), and just your every day basic clothes .. And you also need your metalics and golds because this summer is all about those colors(: ...... Get stylish clothes you can wear with more than one outfit and you can dress your outfits with print handbags or accessories! Shoes are a must, especially heels!!
Shorts, cropped jackets, its always nice to have some fun flirty dresses(long dresses are OUT), and cute tanks

I highly suggest Forever 21, Dots (if there is one by you), and Wet Seal. Things from these stores are pretty affordable, too. :)

Must haves are plaid shorts on caprees you can get them at old navy. Also polo shirts are cute from old navy.

cami's from oldnavy are great for summer. you should have enough jeans and sweatpants. pacsun is a good store, or even macy's
