I have a slightly unusual first name, and people got it wrong a lot, so I tried using my middle name.
My middle name is really common, and I got tired of that, so I went back to using my regular name.
I like it now--but people still get it mixed up or they think it's my last name; I don't care anymore. I only met one other person with my first name, and I like it better having a name that's different than one that's common.

Yeah, I have.
I'm a girl, and my mother named me Marii (pronounced Marie), and for some reason, because of the extra i, people want to pronounce it differently, something like Muh-ree.
I really didn't have a problem with that, its just that my dad insisted on naming some part of me after him, so my middle name is Arthure. (his name is Arthur)
It's not so much that I mind the middle name, its just my legal name is so long, it wouldn't fit on my school forms, so it always ended up mispelled.
I've always wanted to just change it and drop the Arthure, but I know my dad wouldn't want me to. =\

whilst i replaced into little I hated my call soo plenty. yet As I have been given older i began out to like it. So at one factor of my existence I did want to alter it yet I have been given over it. My call is Wiktoria (w/ a W because of the fact i replaced into born in Poland and that they pronounce W like V) i hit upon my call annoying some cases yet although i'd in no way exchange it.

Oh yeah! Everybody has, does, and will screw up my name, and sometimes I hate it. I have a nickname which IS related to mine, but only my close friends and relatives use it.

Yes, growing up i hated my name because the beginning letter was hard to write, and still is. I'm ok with it now but the G is still hard to cursive write.

When I was younger I wanted to change my name because everyone misspelled it. But now I like it. :)
