How do you get pen off of shoes?

My daughter wrote all over her brand new shoes with a pen and I've tried alot of things to get it off..nothing worked? Anyone got any ideas?

Try rubbing alcohol or pump hairspray. Also the Mr Clean magic eraser works great!!

Methylated spirit removes ink and grass stains. To remove the ink, use a soft cloth or old rag cloth to apply , rinse well with warm water

Lighter fluid or charcoal lighter fluid with a soft cloth.
