The sense of flying through the tree tops and time etc. is just a way of you accessing a different level of consciousness in your mind. Flying, spinnning and free fall are classic examples of it.
The house is your mind, the floor representing the validity of the "place" you have gone to.
The doors are entrances to 2 different areas.
The room with the fish tank is the emotional and spiritual side of your self. This is naturally more fluid and free moving.
The room with the books is the more lateral side of your brain. It is established thought, traditional knowledge, education, access to the past, etc.
The additional stairs and doorways show access to further places. So far you have only entered the middle door. The wheel chair shows that for now this area is old, worn out and outdated. It is no longer moving forward for you.
It suggests that you are wanting to find a new way to further your subconscious or spiritual self.
You are still having a problem reconciling your emotional response with your logical mind. The other doors are there but you still prefer the comfort of the tried and tested.
I don't think this has to do with past lives, I think it has to do with now.
Maybe you should try diving in the fish tank instead of going into the room with the books for a change.
No harm will come to you, it would just be interesting to see how it makes you feel and where you come out.
It could be very refreshing and cleansing.

There are some parts of our dreams that are metaphors for issues that we are dealing with. Here is my guess about some of the images that you described. The big house represents a higher plane. "heaven".The two rooms stand for "nature", the fish tank, and "human knowledge", the huge library. Stairs are always symbolic of a life's journey. Three doors are the "past", the "present" and the "future". The middle door means that you deal with the present .The wheel chair was orginally made from woven cane and it respresents, stumbling, and the consequences of bad choices, " you are handiucaped". I think in general, this dream means that you are struggling with the direction of your life and are still grasping for some answers that matter to you.

Maybe the dream is a representation of the choice many of us feel we need to make: Knowledge, or Religion.

Not happy with the 2 choices you look for an alternative, a third way, so to speak, this third way could, depending on what is hiding behind the first and third door, be a hybrid of the 2 original choices.

I'm no pyschic or dream reader, but the house, which is probally old, means that you are thinking or doing old beliefs. The wheelchair means that you being pushed around or cant stand up for yourself. So if you kind of mix those into each other............ You are probally being troubled by some old beliefs. Maybe someone is pressuring you into old beliefs. You cant stand up for yourself probally because he/she is you "elder" and can't say anything back.
You should'nt let this get you down. You should stick up for what you think is right no matter who it is that says it to you.
I may be right and I may be wrong. Just don't get angry at me if I'm wrong.

You might find it helpful to meditate on this. When you get into a nice meditative state, picture yourself in this house and walk around and try to extend your senses, like see if you hear anything, smell anything, etc. If anyone is there, talk to them. You might get more of an idea what this imagery means to your subconscious mind. Don't worry about making up the answers, just try to go with it and see what comes up.
