its practically in my back yard. people really dont give it enough credit. its not suppoosed to be competing with like carowinds and six flags and busch gardens. it is a multipurpose entertainment park

Many times,,I lived in Maryville,Tn, Foothills of the Smoky mountains,,it's good for the locals,tourists may enjoy Six Flags or some other larger Theme Park. But Dollywood has a great setting in the mountains and Pigeon Forge surrounding it with Gatlinburg right up the road 15 minutes.

Havent been there but I wrote to Dolly Parton to tell her how much I admire her career and she sent me tickets to go to Dollywood and a lot of other little things. I thought that was nice.
