Disney doesn't generally do open calls and you don't normally find Disney auditions of that sort on the internet, Your best hope is ActorsAccess.com. You can sign up for a free account and look at breakdowns whenever you want for free, but unless you look all the time and you live where Disney shows tape and the stars align for you, it may never happen this way.
99% of the time, to get on a Disney show, you need an agent to get you the audition. To get an agent, you need talent, training and marketability. You need to look like someone who will make them money.
Get into acting classes, singing & dancing too. Start building a resume of acting roles at a local theatre and check backstage, com for film projects, musicals, anything that will build up your resume. Once you do that, then try to get an agent.
If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you for commercials, TV & film go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. You can look up agents all over the US, but there are higher concentrations where the work is (Los Angeles, NY, IL, FL, GA etc.)
Then you can send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.
Once you have an agent, they will get you the auditions, but until then you can check out actorsaccess.com. You can also see if your state has a film alliance. Sometimes they post audition information for projects filming locally. For theatre, you can go to backstage.com or http://www.actorsequity.org/castingcall/... If you find the audition on the Equity site, you still may be able to go, as long as their not taking appointments from equity actor's only :-) On backstage.com you have to pay to get all of the info, but the initial search is free and you may be able to see enough info to find out the rest on your own without paying.
Good luck

Ok, 1 - if you hear it off the radio, it's probably John Robert Powers, which means it's a scam. Don't do it. Your never to old to be on Disney. So don't let people bring you down. Disney looks for ALL sorts of people. But, Disney rarely holds open auditions. Get yourself an agent. They'll work with you, and you don't pay them up-front. If they ask for money, before they get you a job, it's a scam. You can look in your phone book, for some agencys. Also remember, work in Community and School plays first. Therefor you'll have some experience. That'll higher your chances of getting somewhere. Also, you can put it on your Resume. :] Hope I helped. :]

I was really interested in Disney at one point too. You can start by searching for open call auditions on the internet if you don't live in the L.A. area. If you're interested, I would suggest getting an agent if you can. An agent can tell you when Disney or any other production company is holding auditions. You've reminded me that I should get back in the game of focusing on my acting too. Good Luck! I hope this helped!

You can't. Look up the answers the thousands of other kids who asked this got. Contact a few. See if any of them got on.
Realize how many kids want the same thing. None of them did it and neither can you.

Disney actors Raven Symone, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, were all acting when they were very, very young. It's too late for you to be a Disney actor.
