Mayo is cooked, so are the eggs, there is nothing raw in mayonnaise..

That's really your call hon. But think of all the other pregnant women who have had many a grilled cheese with mayonnaise, tuna and mayonnaise, chicken salad made with mayonnaise. Does that ease your mind any? I ate it...and nothing went wrong. Enjoy hon.

Commercial mayo is just fine. The eggs are processed.

If you want to make homemade mayo while pregnant or for feeding children under 5, get pasturized eggs (they are encased in a plastic wrap at the store). I make it in a blender and it works just fine.

Home made mayo has the raw eggs in it and it is recomended that you don't eat that while prego. Comercial or store baught mayo is fine! Enjoy!

there are certian things that are not allowed. it says no mayo but jars of mayo you get from the shop is fine, i checked about that with my midwife as i love my mayo lol x and it says only one portion of fish a week but thats fresh fish, if you eat tins of tuna you can have upto 4 tins a week. and coffie as long as you have no more than 3-4 cups a day your fine but drink plenty of water in between cups. i have a cup of coffie eveyr morning and sometimes one or two in the day. hope this helps x

just when you are breastfeeding they say not to eat peanuts or any egg or milk products just incase your baby has an allergic reaction through the breast milk

I've never been told not to eat it. I eat it all the time. All I was told not to eat was soft cheeses, certain fish, and deli meats.

commercial is okay. just can't have it if it's homemade. raw eggs are not safe enough.
