is it normal if my period come 14 days after the previous one?

my birthday is may 8th and i got my first period the march 6th or 7th the year when i was turnin 12.i am 14 now and i was wonderin if it is still normal that my period comes every 14 days or so after the preivous one i know its a really gross question but its been bothering me lol also ive just now started getting cramps on the 2nd day of it when before i didnt have cramps at all the period usally last from 3-5 days

well some girls get thers every couple of days but usually anything under 22days is considered not normal u could be enimic do u eat a load of red meat,cereal or food like that?if not then best see about gettin a blood test done 2 test ur ferratine(iron level) cause that can make ur period come very irregular
do u feel alot more fragile now when ur period is due? like u feel sore or bruise easier than usual?
