I think most of us go through a phase where we wonder if we are the only ones in many respects...if we're the only ones who really feel strong emotions, if we're the only ones who have certain thoughts, if we're the only ones who are peculiar in some way, and even if we are the only ones who truly exist at all.
In fact, there is a word for that in philosophy which comes up from time to time in different venues for different reasons, it's called "Solipsism". Solipsism is the belief (or at least the argument) that your mind is the only thing in existence, or more specifically, that it is impossible to know that anything other than your mind exists.
Descartes's famous phrase "I think therefore I am" is one of the earliest expositions of Solipsistic philosophy. Some people even to this day find this to be a strong argument (though it is not and is founded on antiquated misunderstandings).

no, i dont think i am the only one here, and while when younger i might of thought no one else had my particular situations or problems, now being older i know that if i am thinking a thought or feeling, someone /somewhere else has, is , thinking the same thing, perhaps even at the same time
