Hi I would like to give a thumb's up or down sometime's but when I press on it, it wont let me. I was wondering if it was because I was only on level one.

Hi and welcome to this place, but you cant give thumbs up or down till level two. Then what you do is just click on the thumbs bit its easy. x

First you have to get to level 2 then you press the box stated "Discover resolved questions" to give a thumb rating..

You have to get to level 2, before you can give posters thumbs up or down.

you're on level 1 need to go 1 up a level to start giving a thumb's

I was were you are not to long ago just keep answering questions and when you reach level 2 go for it!! LOL
