no, and they only fly for a few days and be gone or die... the eggs have hatched and the new ones are looking for a new home... YOU HAVE TERMITES IN THE WOOD STRUCTURE OF YOUR HOUSE

Flying ant? Could be carpenter ants; just as destructive to home as termites. Only 'hygene' problem is the dust from eating the wood and breathing to a dust allergy. Call the council Monday & have them get an exterminator.

Just spray them with anything, even water, and they will die quickly. Then just clean them up.
