well, white is a color of peace and the right hand usually signifies the more dominant aspect of ourselves, so maybe the spirit is telling you to actively participate in peace making... just a guess.

You don't say if you're right or left handed.
If the right hand is your dominant hand it would suggest the gesture is to endorse a passive approach to something in the active world.
Traditionally the right hand is the hand of action and the lateral world. This is reversed if you are lft handed.
The petals are a symbol of peace, purity and fertility.

You don't have to take my word for anything as I have nothing to go on except for intuition, but there are a couple of things here, one is that you were given peace"the Flowers" two, and again you don't have to listen to me, but I would suggest you get a full physical, this may not be for the right now, but I see sickness.

White is the archetype for innocence and purity so it must mean that either innocence is most important to you or you have powerwith your right hand with some kind of innocence and purity. I actually don't know. I'm just guessing using common archetypes.
